JRM’s Guardian Life Insurance project was awarded a LEED Gold Certification.

A few unique aspects achieved on this project include a design with biophilic design strategies, reducing 34.79% of indoor water consumption, reducing lighting power 56.4% below ASHRAE 90.1, mitigating over 75% of construction and demolition waste from landfills, 83.33% of insulation products that meet the VOC emissions evaluation requirement, and 94.92% of flooring products by surface area meet the credit requirements.
