JRM Construction Management completed extensive renovations of the Guardian Life Insurance office at 10 Hudson Yards and delivered the 140,000 SF fit-out in just six months. The newly renovated LEED Gold certified offices include raised flooring, complete kitchen and cafeteria as well as high-end custom light fixtures designed by Arktura.

The new space also features innovative rooms designed for telepresence and sound control. In order to maintain a tight construction project schedule, JRM coordinated all lead times for materials and equipment and also pre-purchased most of the mechanical equipment and light fixtures in order to expedite the schedule.

JRM also provided enhanced and LEED standards commissioning for MEP equipment and lighting used for the renovation. To meet the design intent of the project, the JRM team worked closely with the client and designers to coordinate all previously existing conditions.
