JRM Construction Management partnered with Yeshiva University on a transformative, multi-phase renovation of Furst Hall, now known as the Belz Building, and the build-out of the Katz School of Science and Health’s Nursing Program.

Across three project phases, JRM re-clad the building’s exterior to enhance thermal performance and campus aesthetics, replaced all windows with triple-glazed units, and constructed a new entrance. Interior upgrades included a complete refresh of classrooms, student areas, the Beren Writing Center, and the newly established Belz Gallery, creating a welcoming environment for academic and cultural pursuits.

In addition, JRM completed the Katz School’s Nursing Program within a historic Manhattan property, building cutting-edge clinical and health assessment labs, maternity labs, classrooms, faculty offices, and a warm, inviting lobby. These new spaces exemplify JRM’s commitment to elevating educational spaces that inspire students, faculty, and visitors alike.
