JRM Construction Management completed a major multi-phase renovation project for Yeshiva University to transform Furst Hall into the renamed Belz Building.

Construction was completed in three phases, with phase 1 encompassing the building envelope, phase 2 the new interiors, and phase 3 a stunning new art gallery. Elements of the project included exterior removal of the façade veneer and re-cladding of the building to increase the thermal performance and develop a solid visual presence on campus.

JRM also replaced all windows with new triple-glazed thermal units, created a new entrance to the building, and completed HVAC system upgrades to support operations. Additionally, a full refresh of the interior spaces was completed, including a new museum space known as the Belz Gallery and student areas for the Beren Writing Center.
