Innovation Lab For Leading Global Media Firm With New Experiential Space

JRM Construction Management completed the 20,000 SF interior fit-out of WarnerMedia’s Innovation Lab, an incubator space designed for the creation of new projects and ideas at 512 West 22nd Street. The Innovation Lab features an experiential space and event area to foster creativity along with a smart kitchen and smart living space.

JRM built-out a new entrance and internal stairway leading to the 2nd floor Lab. The new space also includes open collaboration areas, a content creation studio, editing rooms, flexible offices, workstations and huddle rooms.
