JRM Construction West completed the build-out of a new high-end boutique for Italian luxury fashion house Versace, located at the South Coast Plaza shopping mall in Costa Mesa, CA. Versace’s new retail location features the luxury brand’s signature fashion and lifestyle products.
The project entailed a complete demolition of the existing retail space and renovation to transform it into Versace’s new 2,700 SF boutique. The space features a stunning sales floor with built-in displays, a dedicated VIP Room, a cashwrap area, fitting rooms, and new restrooms.
JRM West also constructed back-of-house support areas, an ADA fitting room, and a striking new custom glass storefront system.
