Multi-Brand Luxury Retail Destination In American Dream Mall

JRM Construction Management completed the new TimeVallée watch showroom at the American Dream Mall, a luxury retail destination designed in partnership with Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers. The boutique features a high-end metal panel storefront system with decorative display windows that set the stage for an inviting shopping experience. Inside, the sales floor is adorned with elaborate wall coverings, custom brand fixtures, high-end tile flooring, and inset carpet areas, all under the glow of decorative soffits lined with perforated metal panels and LED strip lights.

Elaborate lighting and chandeliers have been installed throughout the sales area to enhance the ambiance further, creating a dazzling environment for shoppers. The back-of-house has been outfitted to facilitate efficient management operations, complete with upper and lower cabinets, quartz countertops, and LVT flooring. Additionally, new MEP systems have been integrated into the mall’s existing framework, ensuring that the boutique operates seamlessly. This project underscores TimeVallée’s commitment to luxury and sophistication and highlights JRM’s expertise in crafting engaging and upscale retail environments.
