A new entrance and lobby were built as well as a new 10-passenger car elevator core and shear wall with a service car to serve all floors. All new electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and HVAC systems were installed throughout the space.
An all new curtainwall and window wall combination façade package were installed along with JRM overseeing the removal and restoration of the 150-year old cast iron façade on the Fulton Street entrance.
