JRM Construction Management completed a multi-phased renovation project for Brookfield Properties’ multi-family residential complex, The Olivia, located at 315 West 33rd Street in the heart of New York City.
The 12,100 SF project in the luxury residential high-rise included the build-out of a stunning new lobby and complete upgrades to the outdoor terrace area.
JRM also constructed several new amenity areas, including a billiards room, a laundry facility, and unique work-from-home pods.
