JRM Construction Management completed extensive base building upgrades and interior office fit-outs at The Banknote in Bronx, New York.
The 230,000 SF landmarked project included demolition, new elevator pits, structural work, floor-by-floor MEPS rooms, cooling tower installation and tie-in, barretto entrance, barretto loading dock work, structural mezzanine work, structural ceiling work to support the hung ceiling on the first floor, as well as fire alarm risers and branch work.
Additionally, JRM completed 175,000 SF of interior office fit-outs with all-new conference rooms, pantries, a reception area, and new restrooms.
