New Retail Showroom For Swiss Luxury Watchmaker In The Mall At Short Hills

JRM Construction Management was tapped by returning client Tag Heuer to construct the Swiss luxury watchmaker’s new retail showroom at the Mall at Short Hills in New Jersey.

The scope of work entailed the installation of a stunning high-end storefront with two sets of white glass display doors and double entry doors, matte black tile, and new brushed stainless steel signage bands along the exterior.

JRM built-out a new sales floor featuring wood wall paneling, fabric panels, and full-height mirrors adorned with metal trim and reveals. Freestanding fixtures and furniture were installed to create an inviting and organized display of TAG Heuer timepieces. The front-of-house area boasts new wood flooring, stainless steel base skirting, and placed area rugs to further elevate the ambiance.

JRM also installed new spot track lighting and spotlights strategically positioned throughout the space within light coves and the storefront. The back-of-house support areas include a new pantry space, storage, a manager’s desk, and wood flooring throughout. New MEP systems were also installed in the retail space to support Tag Heuer’s operations.
