JRM Construction Management is proud to have completed the first-ever U.S. store for the influential streetwear brand Staple Pigeon, transforming a former Nike location in NYC’s SoHo shopping district into a dynamic 4,200 SF retail destination. Located at 21 Mercer Street, this prime spot aligns seamlessly with Staple’s edgy, street-inspired identity while providing an immersive experience for fashion enthusiasts.

Designed by Architectural Design, PLLC, and engineered by Rosini Engineering, the project features extensive custom millwork meticulously crafted to highlight the brand’s distinct style and culture. From layout to finishes, every detail reflects Staple’s pioneering role in the urban fashion scene, offering a bold environment where visitors can connect with the brand’s heritage.
