Modern New Surgical Center & Medical Offices For Cosmetic Procedures

JRM Construction Management completed the build-out of a new state-of-the-art surgical center and medical office for Sono Bello in Roseland, NJ.

The new surgical center focused on cosmetic procedures features numerous exam rooms, consultation areas, surgical rooms, a modern new reception area, a waiting room, a family room, and registered nurse offices. The space also houses changing rooms, doctor’s offices, a break room, and open nurse stations.

To support the facility’s operations, JRM installed new VRF fan coil units, two new rooftop condensing units, and a new BAS system to control all HVAC equipment. Electrical work included all new lighting throughout the surgical facility and three new panel boards. JRM also installed new plumbing to service the exam rooms, procedure areas, and decontamination rooms.
