Modern Boutique For British Luxury Leather Goods Retailer

JRM Construction Management completed the build-out for the popular British leather goods manufacturer Smythson of Bond Street.

Work included herringbone stone surrounded by wood imported from England, plaster moldings from floor to ceiling, and 25’ high millwork, hand painted by artists from London.

The store features sophisticated finishes, including unique window lighting, Lutron store lighting, stone and metal display shelving, and recessed televisions. The project was completed on an accelerated 9-week schedule.
