Multiple Retail Boutiques For Iconic Shapewear Brand

JRM Construction completed the first stand-alone retail boutiques for iconic shapewear brand SKIMS in Washington DC and Miami’s Aventura Mall. These projects, executed in collaboration with Kenneth Park Architects (KPA) enhances some of Florida and Washington DC’s top shopping destinations with a touch of retail luxury.

At the forefront of the boutiques are its elegant tile flooring, which immediately captivates shoppers and sets a tone of luxury upon entering. The stores feature intricate millwork that meticulously outline the retail spaces, complementing the strategically positioned light coves that illuminate the boutiques’ products with a soft, welcoming glow. In the fitting rooms, sleek plaster walls provide a minimalist backdrop, echoing the sophisticated and clean aesthetic that SKIMS is known for. Each element within the boutiques was carefully selected and constructed to ensure SKIMS is a standout addition within each the vibrant retail scene.
