JRM Construction Management completed the build-out of several office floors as well as a lobby renovation and fit out of two additional floors in the cellar at 34 East 51st Street for Sedesco.
JRM constructed an outdoor garden with a stone wall, a full conference floor with a terrace, and new high-end finishes throughout including the lobby which features a decorative stone wall, desk, and floor.
The renovated building offers a sophisticated club-like experience with luxury amenities including a golf simulator room equipped with storage for tenants to keep their clubs at the property, a lounge space, juice bar and state-of-the-art fitness center with locker rooms.
