JRM Construction Management delivered Running Subway Productions’ 90,000 SF Times Square exhibition space build-out located in the former New York Times building.
Vertical transportation infrastructure was installed consisting of two escalators, a passenger elevator, a freight car, and handicapped lifts.
The dynamic space boasts varying ceiling heights ranging from 12 – 37 feet that required premier stage lighting throughout. JRM delivered Running Subway in just 17 weeks.
