JRM Construction Management delivered Rocket Fuel’s 98,000 SF New York City office interior fit-out, which has since been crowned with numerous accolades in the CRE community for design and innovation.

Noteworthy features included an ultramodern, high-tech reception area, open-plan workstations, and designated thinking areas, as well as a futuristic game room, locker rooms, shower facilities, and a fully functional café with a warming pantry and juice bar.

JRM concluded the 16-week project with a new MEPS and sprinkler system, delivering Rocket Fuel’s reanimated office on time and under budget.
