Renovated Pool Facility In Multi-Family High-Rise For Silverstein Properties

JRM Construction Management completed an extensive renovation project for Silverstein Properties at the River Place apartments in New York City. The project involved the complete refurbishment of the pool facility in this multi-family luxury residential high-rise.

As part of the renovation, JRM demolished and removed all the existing tile finishes on both the floors and walls in and around the pool. Additionally, a temporary work platform was installed in the pool to remove and replace the gypsum board ceilings. Finally, the team supplied and installed all new waterproofing in and around the pool, complete with new ceramic tile finishes.

The project’s goal was to give the pool facility a fresh and modern look while ensuring maximum functionality and durability.
