JRM Construction Management completed the build-out for the full-floor headquarters of leading international premium spirits distributor, Rémy Cointreau. Located in Rudin Management’s newly modernized 3 Times Square commercial tower, this space stands as the epitome of elegance.

The project covered the entire 20th floor of the building, encompassing nearly 30,000 SF of state-of-the-art collaborative work areas. The space now features high-end bars to host company events and entertain clients, while the new conference rooms are fully equipped with cutting-edge presentation capabilities. Upon completion, the work exudes warmth while maintaining a vibrant artistic vision.
