Expansive 9-Floor Headquarters For Innovative Fitness Firm

JRM Construction Management completed work on a new 350,000 SF corporate headquarters for Peloton, the global technology company that revolutionized the fitness industry with its category-creating indoor cycling bike and Peloton Tread, with a state-of-the-art office space at Hudson Commons in New York City.

The project encompassed the fit-out of nine interior floors and expansive outdoor terraces. JRM constructed state-of-the-art meeting rooms, multiple photo studios, open workstations, huddle rooms, pantries, and wellness rooms. A complete gym, locker rooms with showers, and interconnecting staircases were also added to the space.

The new headquarters features large terraces on the ninth and tenth floors of the space and includes a main reception area and spiral staircase. The headquarters features a sound recording room behind the general reception area and a store apparel set-up room. Key spaces such as software labs, user testing, music lounges, and an editing space were designed for ongoing development.
