JRM Construction completed multiple new retail showrooms for Italian luxury watchmaker Panerai across Southern California, along with a boutique in McLean, Virginia. The retail showrooms were designed with high-end finishes to create a luxurious and sophisticated atmosphere. JRM also built-out back-of-house support areas, including storage and restrooms.
In addition, JRM installed numerous built-in displays, state-of-the-art lighting elements, and custom storefront signage to enhance the Panerai shopping experience. The spaces feature stunning marble flooring, imported millwork from Italy, and upgraded MEP systems.
To ensure seamless execution, JRM coordinated field dimensions with the millworker from Italy and the landlords’ low-voltage vendor for underground power and security layout for millwork finishes. The JRM team worked closely with Panerai to ensure that every aspect of the projects aligned with the client’s vision, creating a unique shopping destination that represents the brand’s signature style.
