Unique Amenity Filled Offices For E-Commerce Firm

JRM Construction Management completed work on a project for Next Jump, an e-commerce company that handles loyalty programs for major Fortune 1000 companies. The 41,000 SF interior build-out features a unique state-of-the-art public assembly space with full presentation capabilities for hosting large events and also doubles as a partial basketball court.

Next Jump looked to incorporate a number of amenities throughout their new offices that focus on employees’ physical and spiritual wellness. JRM constructed a complete cooking kitchen and cafe area, a fitness center, a kids club facility, and a fully landscaped terrace. Occupancy studies and acoustical analysis were conducted for the amenity areas and kitchen exhaust infrastructure.
