High-End Full-Floor Headquarters For Investment Trading Firm

JRM Construction Management completed a renovation of a New York Investment Firm’s corporate office space on the 29th floor of 55 Hudson Yards. The extensive renovation required a phased approach over the course of 32 weeks. JRM installed comprehensive Lutron controlled lighting and shades, Adotta glazed systems forthe internal office and meeting room spaces, high quality oak and lacquered millwork finishes in the reception and café areas and a state-of-the-art boardroom featuring extensive millwork, lighting, a video wall and BASWA Phon sound-
absorbing ceiling.

JRM collaborated closely with Studios Architecture and Henderson Engineers during integral aspects of the renovation. The exposed ceilings in the open areas required detailed coordination of services in order to ensure the team met the design intent. Upgrades to the office corridors and lobby also required a phased approach to allow the landlord to secure a TCO for the core and shell.
