JRM Construction completed multiple new stores for athletic wear retailer New Balance in Torrance and San Jose, CA, and Houston, TX. Our collaboration with Tricarico for architectural design and Custom Designing & Engineering PC for engineering has resulted in state-of-the-art retail environments that exceed expectations.
The projects feature innovative upgrades, including new rooftop air source heat pump packaged units and air distribution systems, ensuring optimal shopping environments regardless of the season. The installation of a wireless Lutron Vive lighting control system offers energy-efficient, customizable lighting solutions to highlight New Balance’s product lineup.
A key to the project’s success was our ability to coordinate seamlessly with the landlord’s roofing and HVAC contractors, ensuring that all systems were integrated without delay and allowing the stores to open as scheduled.
