JRM Construction Management completed the 20,000 SF build-out of Moinian Group’s headquarters located at 3 Columbus Circle. JRM worked closely with ownership to ensure that all work was in-line with the overall vision for the space. To achieve this, JRM coordinated with Gensler to change the design scheme multiple times to suit the client’s needs.
To meet these specifications, JRM sourced finished materials from a wide variety of suppliers. The scope of the project included an entire corporate interior fit-out with limestone entry lobbies and elevators, installation of StarSilent plaster ceilings, application of oak and ebony cladding and the installation of high-quality terrazzo flooring. In addition, JRM installed a Crestron lighting system, walnut pantry and calacatta stone tops and backsplashes.
