JRM Construction Management completed the 6,845 SF build-out of Mohawk Group’s high-end showroom at 125 West 25th Street. JRM coordinated with several of the client’s vendors under tight scheduling parameters to successfully deliver the both LEED Gold and WELL Certified project.
The new space features showcase wood flooring, blackened steel custom hanging bookshelves, acoustical spray on ceilings, custom millwork fixtures throughout, carpet and luxury vinyl, as well as a custom blackened steel baffle ceiling with space for the clients display elements.
