High-End Boutique For Luxury Italian Fashion House In South Coast Plaza Mall

JRM Construction West was tapped by parent corporation Prada to build-out their newly envisioned Miu Miu retail boutique within the South Coast Plaza shopping mall in Costa Mesa, CA.

The new high-end store for the luxury Italian fashion house features a stunning sales floor with three changing rooms, a cash wrap area, and built-in displays throughout. JRM also constructed back-of-house support areas, including a kitchenette, restroom, stock rooms, and a manager’s office.

JRM worked closely with Prada’s preferred vendors to simultaneously complete the electrical, lighting, and structural work with the new millwork ceiling installations.

Additionally, JRM installed a structural housing within the space to support the intricate millwork walls and ceiling panels. The new storefront features large-style marble slabs, giving the store a distinct luxurious presence.
