JRM Construction Management completed Medidata’s office renovation in New Jersey. The four-month, 50,000 SF project was modernized with many polished and sophisticated features including precast concrete panels, polished concrete floors, a green wall, a video wall, and wood ceiling in the lobby.
Other noteworthy design features included an invigorating Lutron Lighting System, wall coverings, and high-end pendant light fixtures in the conference rooms. JRM worked closely with Medidata, value-engineering with the client in order to deliver a high-end yet cost-effective
LEED GOLD standard project.
