Expansive Full-Floor Offices For National Accounting & Advisory Services Firm

JRM Construction Management completed the office build-out of national accounting firm and returning client Marcum’s new 73,000 SF facility in Morristown, NJ. Partnering with client representative Savills, designed by Spector Companies and engineered by Robert Derector Associates, this project transformed the second floor into a state-of-the-art workspace.

The build-out features a brand-new reception area, a modern café, and private modular offices. Enhancements include the installation of a new Metro Wall entrance, specialized finishes, custom millwork, tile flooring, demountable partition assemblies, and custom light fixtures. Additionally, modifications were made to the existing MEP systems to support the upgraded facilities.

JRM also worked with Marcum to construct their offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and headquarters in New York City at 730 Third Avenue.
