Comprehensive Retrofit With Elaborate Branding Package & New Work Spaces

JRM Construction West completed an interior retrofit for Major League Baseball’s new 17,000 SF Los Angeles office in El Segundo. This project, designed by Cogan and engineered by AMA Group, included a comprehensive update of building infrastructure and interior framework to create a dynamic and functional workplace for MLB staff.

The retrofit featured state-of-the-art Finelite lighting, Interface carpeting, and fully upgraded data, telecom, and AV systems, ensuring a highly connected and interactive environment. Each office and conference room was equipped with DTEN video-conferencing displays and digital whiteboards, while iPad room schedulers streamlined the operation of these spaces.

JRM also installed an elaborate branding package, including film graphics on glass office fronts, wallcoverings and signage celebrating current and retired MLB players from Los Angeles teams, MLB and Tickets.com logos, and a unique 50-foot-long surfboard display wall featuring individual MLB team artwork on full-scale surfboards for each of the 30 teams. JRM managed and executed the project ahead of schedule, demolishing the existing tenant space and replacing all structured data cabling while upgrading MEP systems and all finishes.
