Expansive Service & Delivery Center For Luxury Electric Vehicle Manufacturer

JRM Construction West completed an expansive new service and delivery center project for Lucid Motors, an American luxury electric vehicle manufacturer in Houston, Texas.

The scope of the project was extensive and included a total gut demolition of the existing space to make way for a new vehicle service area with five lifts, an alignment bay, and a wash-down bay, and required coordination with the landlord for incoming power upgrades and switchgear installation.

The project also included a new front-of-house retail area, back-of-house offices, restrooms, and breakrooms. JRM completed structural modifications to support the installation of roll-up gates and installed a vehicle charging hub on the location’s exterior.

JRM was responsible for coordinating all trades involved in the project, including owner-direct trades such as signage and low-voltage scopes. Throughout the project, JRM worked closely with Lucid Motors to ensure that their vision for the new service and delivery center was realized.
