JRM Construction West completed the fit-out of new offices for the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC) at the US Bank Tower on behalf of Silverstein Properties, with Rahsaan Hatter as the client rep.
Designed by Wolcott Architecture and engineered by AMA Consulting, this project on the 33rd floor showcases our expertise in delivering innovative and high-quality commercial interiors.
The project featured a comprehensive fit-out that included private offices, an open office area, a wellness room, and more, all enhanced with full-height glass walls, a Moderco folding glass wall system in conference rooms, and an upgrade to DDC controls for HVAC. Aesthetic and functional upgrades included new Focal Point & Lithonia lighting fixtures, herringbone patterned LVT in the pantry, and custom millwork cabinetry.
Completed a week ahead of schedule, this fit-out for LAEDC exemplifies JRM West’s commitment to excellence and efficiency in transforming office spaces.
