High-End Showroom For Leading Manufacturer Of Kitchen & Bath Products

JRM Construction West completed the stunning new Kohler Signature Showroom located in the Gateway Shopping Centers in Austin, TX. Kohler is one of America’s oldest & largest manufacturing companies and is a global leader in the manufacturing of kitchen and bath products, premier appliances, cabinetry, and tile.

The new 2,700 SF retail showroom was completed by JRM West in only 10 weeks. JRM worked alongside Visioneering Studios to design six suites with displayed vanities, mirrors, tiles, sconces, showers, and plumbing fixtures. Intended for designers and high-net-worth clients, JRM featured several “finished” bathroom and kitchen concepts, including the performance shower, which required the installation of 28 different showerhead displays and 30 different types of tiles, as well as a projector and screen in the showroom.

The showroom features 16-foot open ceilings in certain areas, exposed spiral ductwork, and high-end lighting fixtures with a Lutron-like lighting control system. The finishes and products, from epoxy floors and Venetian plastered walls to the natural stone, which had to be carefully sealed to prevent scratches, required careful installation.
