Dynamic 5th Avenue Flagship Location For Athletic Footwear Retailer

JRM Construction Management completed the new LEED-certified 5th Avenue flagship store for athletic footwear retailer HOKA, setting a new standard in eco-friendly retail environments. Located in a bustling shopping district, this space was engineered to both attract and engage customers through its innovative design and sustainable build.

The store features a range of premium architectural elements that define its unique character and functionality. The ceiling is outfitted with an innovative DualGrid Atena system, complementing the Troweled Applied concrete wall finishes that evoke a contemporary, artisan feel. The flooring in the sales area consists of large 48” x 48” tiles from Florim, enhancing the clean, modern look of the space.

Additional enhancements include a new entrance featuring a stylish glass door that leads to the cellar, improving the flow and accessibility of the store. A visually striking faux rock wall serves as a focal point, adding a dynamic and engaging element to the overall design. This flagship store exemplifies how sustainable practices can seamlessly integrate with sophisticated retail architecture to create an inviting and environmentally responsible shopping experience.
