Contemporary Open-Concept Offices For Education Technology Firm

JRM Construction West completed tenant improvements of GoGuardian’s office space in El Segundo, California. JRM completed the extensive renovation project on an accelerated, 11-week schedule that involved thorough coordination with vendors, architects, and ownership to ensure quality control and safety. The project scope included new luxury amenities across 30,000 SF of open-concept office space. JRM’s improvements included the addition of expanded office space, collaboration areas, focus rooms, a mothers’ room, kitchen, pantry, beverage station, and a media area.

The first and second floors of the new office space feature glass wall systems and drywalls systems incorporating updated MEP systems. Additionally, JRM utilized new IT and electrical rooms to accommodate newly installed, cutting-edge lighting fixtures and date outlets. The JRM team installed high-end finishes, such as Lumenwerx LED light fixtures, Lutron wireless lighting controls, Fisher Paykel refrigerators, Bosch dishwashers, Kegco kegerators, Quartz countertops, a Terrazzo slab countertop, Grind polish and seal concrete floors and a Barz Arboreal wood slat ceiling.
