Multi-Floor Event Space & Fully Equipped Cafeteria

JRM Construction Management completed work on an expansive 160,000 SF multi-floor project for a global tech firm located at 770 Broadway. The new space features an 18,000 SF kitchen and cafeteria with a 50,000 SF cold storage area. JRM Constructed multiple large public assembly and event spaces, a library, game rooms, break-out areas, and quiet rooms. New desk seating areas were installed to accommodate over 1,100 people, along with interview rooms, labs, mothers and interfaith rooms.

JRM completed critical infrastructure upgrades to support the tech firm’s new space, including new electrical and gas risers from the cellar up through the roof, mechanical shafts, and new rooftop mechanical equipment. Multiple new mechanical rooms, IDF and MDF rooms, restrooms, locker rooms, and showers were installed throughout the 79,000 SF floor plates, which were connected to the existing occupied floors with two feature staircases.
