Unique New East Coast Headquarters With Distinct Custom Millwork Elements

JRM Construction Management completed work on the new East Coast offices for a venture capital and private equity investment firm in the newly constructed Solar Carve Tower at 40 10th Avenue in New York City.

The project entailed the complete build-out of the entire 9th and 10th floors of the building. The financial firm’s distinct new space incorporated high-end finishes with a heavy focus on custom millwork throughout the whole office. Key elements of the project included an interconnecting feature stair, an intricate bleacher seating area spanning two floors, state-of-the-art conference rooms, open work areas, phone rooms, and casual meeting spaces.

A stand-out feature of the new offices was the unique egg-shaped meeting pod, which was constructed completely out of high-end custom millwork and required close coordination to execute successfully. JRM also built a sleek new employee café, reception area, and lounge space.
