Cutting-Edge Labs & Modern Work Areas For Leading Ingredient Manufacturer

JRM Construction Management completed a comprehensive renovation of leading flavoring and fragrance manufacturer Givaudan’s laboratory and offices in New York City. Collaborating with Montroy Andersen Demarco architecture and LKU Group engineering, this project effectively transformed 25,000 SF into a versatile and dynamic life science space.

The newly renovated area includes state-of-the-art labs equipped with the latest technology, modernized bathrooms, and a welcoming cafe area for relaxation and informal meetings. Additionally, the space features operable partitions that provide flexible conference space configurations to accommodate various group sizes and meeting types. Significant enhancements were also made with a comprehensive stair refurbishment and the installation of elegant wood flooring throughout the entire space, which combines durability with a sleek, contemporary look. This project underscores JRM’s dedication to delivering superior construction in laboratory settings.
