JRM Construction Management completed over 100,000 SF of work in Midtown Manhattan for a large, internationally known Financial Investment Firm. High-end finishes including millwork, stone, glass partitions and interconnecting stairs were added to the project.
JRM fit-out the executive offices and created open plan work stations and trading areas allowing for more productivity and work flow.
The scope of work consisted of ductwork modifications, sprinkler head and fire alarm device relocations as well as all new MEP systems. All work was phased to accommodate the occupied areas of the office.
