JRM Construction Management was retained by Ferrari North America to complete extensive renovations of their Englewood Cliffs showroom in New Jersey. The facility is located at 250 Sylvan Avenue and has long served Ferrari’s upscale clientele throughout the area.
JRM oversaw numerous improvements to the facility’s exterior for Ferrari, including the installation of new curtainwall windows with insulated glazing and a new stair and ramp system with glass handrails. Additionally, the building’s electrical systems were fully upgraded with improvements to the overall power and lighting infrastructure elements.
JRM also converted the existing showroom into corporate office space for Ferrari. The interior build-out spans the main ground floors and parts department center encompassing over 17,000 SF. The space features new work areas, conference rooms, and a cafe pantry.
The entire project was completed in multiple phases requiring careful coordination to ensure the facility remained fully operational throughout construction.
