Multiple Luxury Shopping Destinations For Premier Auto Maker In FL & NJ

JRM Construction Management completed multiple high-end retail spaces for Ferrari at the Aventura Mall in South Florida and the American Dream shopping center in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The premier luxury car brand’s new locations feature stunning new sales floors that take advantage of the high-foot-traffic retail areas.

At the Aventura Mall, JRM worked closely with Noberto Rosenstein and Restekc, the project’s architect and MEP engineers. Construction of the spaces included the installation of new partitions creating fitting rooms, a cashwrap area, and dividing the sales area from the back-of-house space. JRM also installed new state-of-the-art lighting and completed mechanical modifications to the spaces.

Ferrari’s new stores feature walls with built-in display shelving, clay-finishing plaster by Matteo Brioni, and leather-clad fitting rooms. The storefronts also feature new custom Ferrari signage.
