JRM Construction West completed a new boutique for Italian luxury fashion house Fendi at the Westfield Valley Fair shopping center, a project epitomizing luxury and meticulous craftsmanship. Collaborating with Fendi’s representative, Flatiron, alongside architect Ken Park and engineer Peter A. Leputch, our team at JRM has crafted a space that merges opulent design with functional elegance.

The boutique’s interior features exquisite Italian marble flooring, complementing custom millwork from Brazil, provided by Fenix, ensuring each detail contributes to an atmosphere of sophisticated luxury. The space is further enhanced by Italian “Luxe” lighting, casting a warm and inviting glow that accentuates the premium finishes and textures throughout the store. A distinguishing feature of this boutique is the hidden VIP room, offering an exclusive retreat for discerning clients seeking a personalized shopping experience.
