Exclusive New High-End Restaurant On Park Avenue

JRM Construction Management completed work on a project for the Brazilian-based Fasano Group along with world-renowned designer Isay Weinfeld to redesign the iconic Four Seasons restaurant’s former ground floor space at 280 Park Avenue.

The 4,850 SF interior fit-out features two compound radius millwork bars, dark oxidized brass window treatments, Italian stone flooring, Brazilian carpet, and furniture from around the world inside the lounge bar that faces 49th street and fine dining restaurant facing 48th street, as well as a unique tunnel that connects the two spaces.

JRM carefully renovated the acoustic elements that sit atop the metro north train tunnels. The project scope also included the above-ceiling enabling work for a new 2nd floor bar.
