Modern Dynamic Hybrid Workplace For Online Travel Firm In South Florida

JRM Construction Management completed a build-out of online travel firm Expedia’s new office space in Miami, FL. The online travel company relocated to a new space on the 12th floor of 701 Brickell Avenue.

The scope of work included assisting with the relocation to the temporary office space and managing the design and construction of the new suite, all while ensuring that the fit and finishes match Expedia’s corporate standards.

JRM coordinated the reconfiguration of the temporary office space, oversaw furniture installation, and IT and AV technology integration in the new offices. The project’s goal was to create a dynamic workplace environment that supports a hybrid of in-office and remote work, aligning with Expedia’s ethos and culture.
