Multi-Level Flagship Shopping & Dining Destination

JRM Construction Management completed work on a flagship store for Dylan’s Candy Bar in the heart of New York City. The expansive new shopping and dining destination spans across three full floors with extensive custom theming throughout the space.

JRM built-out new backlit stairs to connect the three floors that feature numerous built-in sales displays. A complete restaurant and cafe was added to one of the floors, along with a large party area for hosting in-store events.

All new MEP systems were installed to support the store’s operations. JRM also constructed ample back-of-house storage and support spaces. The new location features a sleek storefront with custom signage and graphics.
