Collaborative New Workspaces For Global Cloud Services Firm

JRM Construction Management completed the build-out of Dropbox’s first New York offices, occupying a full floor of the landmarked building at 33 West 19th Street. Dropbox is a global tech firm that leads the industry in providing users with cloud storage and file synchronization solutions. JRM worked closely with Dropbox and Studios Architecture to construct a modern new space that offers employees a flexible working environment emphasizing a sense of community.

The open workspace features a variety of seating options as well as enclosed conference rooms for private meetings and teleconferencing. Additionally, JRM built a central cafe area for breakout meetings, a new reception desk, and a fully equipped multipurpose room. All existing MEP systems were upgraded to meet Dropbox’s needs for years to come.
