JRM Construction West completed the interior build-out of Dr. Martens’ new retail space at the Westfield Valley Fair shopping mall in Santa Clara, CA. The project involved a complete demolition of the existing space to construct the new 1,300 SF store for the English footwear and clothing brand.
The new retail space includes a sales floor, cashwrap, display areas, a manager’s desk, and a stock room. JRM incorporated high-end finishes throughout the store, including brick-accented walls and wood flooring. The new glass storefront features a brick veneer, blackened aluminum, break metal, and storefront glazing. JRM fully upgraded the MEP systems to support Dr. Martens’ new retail store.
