JRM Construction Management completing a build-out for internationally renowned restaurant chain Din Tai Fung’s first flagship New York City location in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. This impressive 25,000-square-foot space, their largest location in the world, features a sprawling 390-seat dining area adorned with high-end finishes, a luxurious 1,500-square-foot bar, and a dramatic two-story layout connected by an elegant staircase crowned with a striking skylight.

The heart of this gastronomic haven is the 9,850-square-foot dedicated back-of-house space, which includes an 8,000-square-foot cutting-edge commercial kitchen and a specialized 650-square-foot dumpling station – a nod to Din Tai Fung’s world-famous dumplings. Here, culinary artisans craft perfect bites in view of an admiring audience, enhancing the dining experience. The restaurant’s exterior complements its sophisticated interior with custom signage and expansive glass windows that invite passersby to glimpse inside this culinary masterpiece.
