JRM Construction West completed the build-out of the highly anticipated new location of Din Tai Fung, an internationally renowned restaurant chain, at the Pioneer Place shopping center in Portland, Oregon.
The project involved the construction of a spacious 11,355 SF restaurant, comprising a fully equipped kitchen facility and a chic open-show kitchen specifically designed for Din Tai Fung’s signature dumplings. JRM utilized state-of-the-art BIM services to coordinate grease duct installations in the kitchen, ensuring all materials were properly fit into the ceilings.
JRM also constructed a sleek bar area, and indoor and outdoor seating arrangements with high-end finishes incorporated throughout the space, including brick and wood paneling. Additionally, the storefront was adorned with custom Din Tai Fung signage, adding to the overall appeal of the establishment.
