JRM Construction Management completed the build-out of new offices for structural engineering firm DeSimone Consulting Engineers located at 140 Broadway. The firm provides structural engineering, facade consulting, forensic services, and construction claims consulting services to clients worldwide.
JRM worked closely with DeSimone Consulting Engineers and architect Spector Group to construct a sleek, professional space that facilitates collaboration and communication with Desimone’s numerous international offices. The 26,000 SF space features a centrally located cafe area that serves as the new office’s social hub. In addition, JRM constructed an adjacent game area, training room, lounge, and conference center.
